At MTPak Coffee, we’re committed to delivering your coffee packaging solutions quickly, safely, and sustainably.

Shipping Times

Standard production lead times:

• Custom orders typically ship within 3 to 5 weeks from final artwork approval and payment confirmation.
• Stock products generally ship within 2 to 5 business days.

We offer trusted airfreight delivery from partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your packaging arrives safely and on time. If it’s more convenient for you, we can also ship your order via sea freight.

Shipping and estimated arrivals (ETAs) or lead times will vary depending on several factors, including your shipping destination, the product selected, order quantity, and current carrier conditions.

We ship worldwide and typically offer the following shipping options:

• Tracked Shipping (standard, available free or at a minimal charge depending on the order size and location).
• Express Shipping (faster delivery for an additional fee).
• Urgent Shipping (priority services for time-sensitive orders).

Please note:

Standard transit times after dispatch are generally 5–15 business days.

However, actual delivery times may vary based on factors outside of MTPak Coffee’s control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather disruptions, or global logistics challenges.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Final shipping rates are displayed at checkout or included in your custom quote.

We aim to consolidate shipments wherever possible to reduce carbon emissions and minimise packaging waste.

International Shipping

We ship globally! For international shipments:

• You may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees once the package reaches your country.
• MTPak Coffee is not liable for any delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

• Orders are shipped to the address supplied by the customer at the time the order is placed.
• MTPak Coffee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier failing to meet estimated delivery dates. MTPak Coffee is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, missing, or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
• If fees from third-party carriers, freight forwarders, or customs authorities are incurred due to incorrect or incomplete destination information, they must be paid by the customer.
• Any re-delivery, storage, or customs handling charges as a result of incorrect information will be invoiced to the customer.
• Shipping rates, delivery times, duties, and taxes may vary based on your location and applicable local regulations. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
• We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping information carefully at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.
