From a highly competitive field of entries, Ember Goods captured the judgesโ attention with a design that delivers both visual impact and thoughtful execution.
Their award-winning packaging includes a custom box containing a custom-printed coffee bag and “a smaller box that has a fire starter made from our used coffee grounds,” Logan Smith, the co-owner, tells us. “This is something that ties into the Pacific Northwest area as well as the name of our company, Ember Goods.”
"We wanted to invoke the feeling of being outdoors with friends and family and gathering around the fire with a great cup of coffee in hand. The hope is that this is everything you need to start a fire and, most importantly, have some delicious coffee. Our main reference was a vintage matchbox and playing on the name of our company, Ember Goods. We believe that any good idea or conversation starts with an 'Ember' before it turns into a fire."
